Abstract
Cases [3] with myeloproliferative disorders associated with Dq- deletions (13q- and 15q-) in their marrow cells are described. A summary of experience with 14 cases of Dq- and the cases in the literature is presented. Frequent involvement and susceptibility to deletion of the long arms of chromosomes #13 and #15 in lympho- and myeloproliferative disorders were found. These chromosomes appear to be involved nonrandomly in human neoplasia. This publication has 31 references indexed in Scilit:
