Abstract
Presents results of thermal conductivity experiments performed on TmVO4, TmAsO4, TbVO4 and DyVO4 single crystals in the temperature range 0.1-40K. Preliminary calculations within the Callaway model are developed and discussed. The authors also report measurements on TmVO4 and TmAsO4 with an applied magnetic field and discuss the very strong effect observed. Keywords
