Abstract
Mixed lymphocyte interactions were used to trigger lymphocytes into the cell cycle. The results show that changes in the biophysical state of the cytoplasmic matrixi.e. in the SCM, are an early indicator of the onset of progression of cells into the cell cycle. Keywords
