Abstract
The binding of cyclic 3',5'-adenosine monophosphate (cyclic AMP) within the adrenal cortical cell was studied. Cyclic AMP binds specifically to a protein which is associated predominantly with the microsomal fraction of the cell. The binding protein was purified approximately 100-fold.Keywords
