Abstract
Laboratory analyses seem to reveal a general correlation between the total S and the described lead acetate field test as applied to shales found in coal strip-mine wastes. Though the variation between duplicate samples is large, probably because of improper sampling, the distinction between samples previously labeled "very weak" to "very strong" in the field tests is significant. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
