Abstract
The ratio of the electric-quadrupole interaction frequencies between the 1174-keV state and the 79-keV state has been measured using time-differential perturbed angular correlation techniques. The measured ratio corresponds to a ratio of the static quadrupole moments of , which, combined with the value of derived from Coulomb-excitation transition probabilities, yields a value of b.
