Abstract
The tide range increases from Ilfracombe and Swansea to Aust, where the max. range is nearly 50 ft. The turbidity of Severn water is very high and is at a max. between Aust and Arlingham. The marine fauna is extensive at Ufracombe, and less so from Blue Anchor upstream, dying out more rapidly above Avonmouth. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
