Abstract
The angular distributions of 5.25-Mev protons scattered by natural targets of elements with through have been measured. All angular distributions show a minimum in the differential cross section relative to Coulomb scattering at about 85°. The Ni and Zn relative cross sections then rise linearly whereas there is no systematic behavior for the Co and Cu. The Cu relative cross section has maxima at about 45° and 130° and the Co has a region of approximately constant relative cross section at large angles.
