Abstract
Laser flash photolysis combined with laser induced fluorescence detection has probed the nascent OH internal state distribution produced in the reaction O(1D2) + HCL → OH + CL. This distribution is compared to the predictions of stastical models, and the dynamics is discussed. Keywords
