Chronic myeloid leukaemia with lymphosarcoma

Abstract
The clinical and pathological features of two patients with chronic myeloid leukaemia who died from lymphosarcoma are described. Both had been treated with busulphan which, at the time of development of lymphosarcoma and at death, appeared to be controlling the leukaemia satisfactorily.Keywords
