Abstract
In large groups of chicks, the sex ratio was found to be 1:1. There were however, such great differences in sex ratios between families of different hens that sex in chickens may eventually be shown to be polygenically determined, with some factors located on the autosomes. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
