Abstract
A case of ruptured intracranial dermoid cyst in the right middle fossa was reported. A definitive diagnosis of the lesion and the fact that it had ruptured was made possible by specific computerized tomographic findings. The findings in the patient were confirmed at surgery. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
