Effect of the Exclusion Principle on the Interaction ofKMesons with Nuclei

Abstract

An expression is obtained for the reduction of the effective cross section of $K$ mesons in a nucleus as a result of the exclusion principle. It is shown that this effect becomes important for incident $K$-meson energies below ∼200 Mev.
