Abstract
Dilute liquid NTA and NTB emulsions were brushed on histoiogic sections producing dry emulsion layers less than one half u thick. No protective coating separated tissue from emulsion. To prevent emulsion distortion all washing steps in autogram processing were eliminated and autograms were formalin hardened prior to tissue staining.
