Abstract
K+-loaded sheep liposomes and a K+-selective electrode were utilized for monitoring the guinea pig complement-mediated immune lysis reaction. The excellent reproducibility suggests that analytical utilization of such liposomes in immunoassay procedures may be advantageous. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
