Abstract
The relativistic dielectric tensor of a magnetized Maxwellian plasma is obtained in a general way, for electron cyclotron waves at arbitrary incident angle. A new expression is provided for the computation of the relativistic (Shkarofsky) dispersion functions.Keywords
