Abstract
The author studied 14 patients with this syndrome. The effect of exercise, atropini-zation and the admin. of full doses of digitalis and quinidine was noted. Exercise restored the normal rhythm in only one instance and quinidine had the same effect in one or possibly 2 patients. Atropine and digitalis were without any appreciable effect. Keywords
