Abstract
Making use of the Ginzburg-Landau free energy describing the textures in superfluid -, detailed properties of a composite soliton (which involves both and vectors) are studied. It is shown that solitons (or magnetic solitons) are unstable against formation of composite solitons in an open system. The stability of the composite soliton as well as the magnetic resonance associated with them are considered.
