Abstract
This paper deals with the time-dependent neutron transport in a plane slab of material with variable nuclear properties. The one-velocity theory and the isotropic scattering are assumed. The spectral properties of the corresponding Boltzmann operator are found, and the initial-value problem is solved.Keywords
