Abstract
The representation theory for nonunitary groups is formulated following the same development used in the case of unitary groups, and the orthogonality relations for the corepresentation matrices are obtained. The general considerations of Wigner are used to show how one may obtain the irreducible corepresentations of a nonunitary group from the irreducible representations of its unitary subgroup. Keywords
