Measurement of the hadronic structure of semileptonicD0andD+decays

Abstract
Absolute branching fractions for the Dl3 and Dl4 decays D+K¯ 0 e+ νe,D+K¯ μ+0 νμ, D+K¯ *0 e+ νe, and D0K* e+ νe are determined using completely reconstructed DD¯ events at the ψ(3770). Reconstructed D0K e+ νe decays are used to determine the pole mass of the f4(q2) form factor. Resonant K* production dominates the process DKπeν; the K* polarization is measured. Limits on several Cabibbo-suppressed channels are evaluated. A global fit imposing isospin symmetry is performed to the measured exclusive and inclusive semileptonic D0 and D+ branching fractions to obtain an improved set of branching fractions.
