Abstract
A method is described for purifying the male hormone from human urine. The product is thermostable, distilling between 150 and 200[degree] C. in vacuo. Its effect on the prostate and seminal vesicle cytology is similar to that of testis extracts, but it reacts differently from these toward boiling NaOH, indicating that the two are chemically distinct. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
