Abstract
A method is described of diagnosis of hypogonadism by testing the testicular hormone content of the blood and urine of patients on comb growth in caponized fowls. Description is given of 7 cases of hypogonadism treated with repeated injections of testicular hormone prepared from urine. Improvement in symptoms was noted.
