Zur Darstellung von Ne-tert.-Butyloxycarbonyl-L-lysin-tert.-butylester

Abstract

The preparation of N[epsilon] -tert.-butyloxycarbonyl-L-lyslne-tert.-butyl ester from N[alpha]-benzyloxycarbonyl-N[epsilon]-tert.-butyloxycarbonyl-L-lysine is described. This compound is a suitable starting material for the synthesis of peptides containing C-terminal lysine.
