COMPLIANCE DIFFERENCES FOLLOWING ADMINISTRATION OF THEOPHYLLINE AT 6-HOUR AND 12-HOUR INTERVALS

Abstract

This study evaluated the compliance differences between administration of theophylline at 6- and 12-h intervals in an asthmatic pediatric outpatient population. Compliance was statistically better with the sustained release tablets than with the short acting tablets.
