Abstract
The energy of the charged particles from the decay of μ-mesons in photographic emulsions has been determined, using multiple scattering techniques. The results indicate that the energy distribution is continuous with a peak in the 35–40 MeV. region. The average energy is 40 MeV. It is concluded that a μ-meson decays to an electron and two neutrinos. These results are in reasonable agreement with those of other workers. Keywords
