An integrated analog correlator using charge-coupled devices

Abstract

A 20-stage analog CCD correlator has been constructed on a 42 × 74 mil²IC. Four quadrant analog multipliers have been used to combine the voltages from CCD taps to produce a correlation output. Multipliers achieve 1% linearity.
