Abstract
Serologically specific electron microscopy was used to detect double-stranded RNA in extracts of tobacco infected with tobacco mosaic virus. Assays were made immediately after extraction, without purification, concentration, or treatment with phenol or detergent. This indicates that the double-stranded RNA is native and is not an artifact induced by purification methods. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
