Abstract
A nucleon-nucleon potential is constructed which possesses fundamental theoretical long- and medium-range parts. The short-range part is determined phenomenologically by fitting the phase parameters as well as the deuteron properties. Although the number of free parameters is small (six in each isospin state) the quality of the fit is very good. Keywords
