Abstract
The diameter of the third ventricle was measured in 30 patients with movement disorders and 40 control patients. Patients with movement disorders had wider third ventricles than patients in a control group; the difference was statistically significant. Males in both the movement disorder group and the control group had slightly wider third ventricles than females. Keywords
