Third Ventricle Size in Patients with Movement Disorders

Abstract
The diameter of the third ventricle was measured in 30 patients with movement disorders and 40 control patients. Patients with movement disorders had wider third ventricles than patients in a control group; the difference was statistically significant. Males in both the movement disorder group and the control group had slightly wider third ventricles than females.
