Abstract
The dielectric and piezoelectric relaxations of poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene)(75/25) copolymer over the temperature interval of-100 to 60 °C are reported in this paper. A two-dimension model is proposed to explain the experimental results. The expressions of piezoelectric d constants from the direct and the converse effects, dielectric constant and the elastic compliances are derived as functions of the physical properties of crystalline and amorphous regions. The numerical calculations of the model are in good agreement with the experimental results. Keywords
