Abstract
No cytochrome c was found in dry Echinus esculentus egg powder. A micro-method whose limit of detection was 5 x 10-4 ug./mg. dry matter was used. The author concludes, on the basis of some comparative calculations, that cytochrome c is probably present, but less than the lower limit of detection.Keywords
