Abstract
This report is based on 7 children with balanitis xerotica obliterans. Of these patients 5 had stenosis of the urethral meatus that required meatotomy and the postoperative results were good. The frequency of balanitis xerotica obliterans in children at our center, as well as the findings of other authors, suggests that possibly more cases would be diagnosed during infancy if all dried foreskin were examined systematically. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
