Abstract
Two media were used, brain heart infusion blood agar and potato dextrose agar; and 2 temps., room temp. and 37 C. 46 isolations were made from the spleens of 79 guinea pigs inoculated intraperitoneally. Brain heart infusion blood agar at room temp. was the most efficient.Keywords
