Abstract
The fatty acid content of the cytoplasm of Brassica oleraceae leaves consists largely of linolenic and linolic acids; palmitic and stearic acids are also present. The ratio of fatty acids to glycerol present in the cytoplasm is 4.6:1.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
