Abstract
A case of unilateral ruptured triplet tubal pregnancy is presented. Menstrual history and the patients presenting symptoms were somewhat misleading in arriving at a diagnosis. Laparotomy was performed and a specimen consisting of a placenta and 3 fetuses was found. The pregnancy was estimated to be of 7 weeks gestation by fetal size although the patient had experienced a normal menstruation 5 1/2 weeks previously. This is believed to be the 4th published case of this rather rare occurrence. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
