Abstract
Supported ruthenium carbido-cluster catalysts ([Ru6C(CO)16Me]–/oxide) selectively produced methanol, dimethyl ether, and formaldehyde in CO–H2, in contrast to the preferential formation of methane and hydrocarbons on supported ruthenium cluster catlysts {[Ru6(CO)18]2–/oxide} without the interstitial carbon and conventional metallic Ru catalysts. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
