Abstract
A rare case of malignant hemangiopericytoma in the gallbladder is de scribed perhaps for the first time in the literature. Areas of necrosis, mitotic activity within the tumor, and the presence of metastases in the regional lymph nodes and right ovary suggest an aggressive behavior of the tumor and poor prognosis. Keywords
