Abstract
Three cases are presented of large, diffuse dermal nevi present from early life and associated with only minimal pigmentation. Clinically they resembled neurofibromas and histologically they were typical dermal nevi. Cholinesterase is present in such a nevus and pigment enzymes are not. This lesion should be differentiated from the typical cholinesterase nevus. Keywords
