Abstract
Parallel vortices in uniaxial superconductors may attract each other provided they are tilted with respect to the principal crystal directions and the intervortex spacing is on the order of the penetration depth. The vortex-vortex interaction potential and the line energy are evaluated within London theory. Keywords
