Abstract
The infrared absorption spectra of NaNO2 and LiNO3 in both the solid and liquid phase have been obtained by two methods. In one case the salt is supported in the interstices of a fine mesh platinum screen, and in the other case the measurements were made in a reflectance cell. Keywords
