Post mastectomy pain after brachial plexus palsy: Metastases or radiation neuritis?

Abstract

Three patients have been reported who developed metastatic tumour within the neural tissue of the brachial plexus three years, four years and fourteen years respectively after treatment of breast carcinoma by simple mastectomy and postoperative radiotherapy.
