Abstract
An 83-year-old woman with a scalp lesion exhibiting neoplastic lymphomatous follicular infiltrates involving the entire corium is reported. This lymphoma underwent complete and spontaneous regression in approximately 15 months. Subsequently, an enlarged spleen was palpated and lymphoma cells were observed in the blood and bone marrow but peripheral lymphadenopathy and anemia were absent.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
