Abstract
A detailed chemical kinetic mechanism describing the high temperature oxidation of C2HCI3 is presented. The mechanism involves the participation of 34 species in 73 reversible elementary reactions. The mechanism accounts for the experimental ignition delay times in shock tubes as well as species profiles for reactants, stable intermediates, and products in premixed flames. Keywords
