Abstract
Data on housing careers in Cardiff are analysed within the statistical modelling framework developed in a companion paper. Several simplifying assumptions were necessary to overcome complex statistical and computational problems but the results obtained appear to be robust. However, these results include some features which were unexpected and difficult to interpret. Keywords
