Crystal structure of estrogen sulphotransferase

Abstract
The structure of estrogen sulphotransferase has been solved in the presence of inactive cofactor PAP and substrate 17 beta-estradiol. This structure reveals structural similarities between cytosolic sulphotransferases and nucleotide kinases.Keywords
