Abstract
The sera of 105 cases of Hansen''s Disease (leprosy), 96 tuberculosis patients, and 40 blood donors, as controls, were examined by the Middlebrook-Dubos hemagglutination technique. Titers of active, bacteriologically positive cases of leprosy were frequently distinctly higher than in cases of active tuberculosis, whereas the titers of arrested bacteriologically negative cases of leprosy were low, approching those in the control group of blood donors. Keywords
