Abstract
Pregn-5-ene-3[beta],16[alpha],20[alpha]-triol has been iso- lated from the urine of normal males which has been boiled for 2 hours without adjustment of the pH. The 16-hydroxy steroids found in urine are considered and the possible significance of the present isolation is discussed. Keywords
