Abstract
Appropriate therapeutic uses are indicated for albumin in [human] shock, burns adult respiratory distress syndrome and cardiopulmonary bypass. Occasional uses are indicated for acute liver failure, red blood cell resuspension media for transfusion therapy, ascites, post-surgery, acute nephrosis and renal dialysis. A use requiring additional data is for detoxification. Unjustified uses are for undernutrition, chronic nephrosis and chronic cirrhosis. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
