192. The constitution of yeast ribonucleic acid. Part XIV. The preparation and structures of the pyrimidine nucleotides

Abstract
An improved routine laboratory prepn. of cytidine-3[image]-phosphate and uridine-3[image] -phosphate from yeast ribonucleic acid is described, the latter being isolated as its crystalline disodium salt. It is shown that the same pyrimidine nucleotides are obtained whether the fission of the polynucleotide is carried out in alkaline or acid medium.
